The apartment comfortably sleeps 6 people and are fully furnished, air conditioned, and include all bed linen and towels (except beach towels)

Accommodation comprises large lounge/dining room with doors onto a furnished balcony overlooking the pool and gardens.
The modern fully fitted kitchen includes fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher and breakfast table, with adjoining utility room and washing machine.
The hallway from the lounge leads to the 3 bedrooms and shower room, master bedroom having 2 single beds and en suite bathroom, second bedroom with a further 2 single beds, plus third bedroom having bunk beds.

A short stairway leads to a private roof terrace containing shower, built in barbeque, sunloungers plus dining table, chairs and parasol. From here, stunning views are evident of pollensa bay on one side and the impressive mountain range on the other.
A welcome pack is provided on arrival, and the apartment should be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure.
